Viral Suppression

Taking antiretroviral therapy (ART) as prescribed and achieving viral suppression for people with HIV is critical to promoting health and ensuring that HIV is not sexually transmitted to others. People who maintaining an undetectable viral load (less than 200 copies/ml of blood) cannot pass HIV through sex.

Financial Incentives for Care Engagement
  • The iCARE Program (Incentives for Care, Adherence, Retention, and Engagement) provides incentives to participants for achieving health milestones, such as reaching and maintaining viral suppression.
Perinatal HIV Response
  • In partnership with birthing hospitals and healthcare providers, provide intensive case management to pregnant persons with HIV experiencing homelessness and other co-occurring disorders to prevent mother to baby transmission.
